Continental Tooling Concepts (CTC) provides CNC machining services using modern high performance machinery and tooling. We are capable of machining 1 of a kind die steels or short run production parts. We utilize PTC’s Pro/Engineer for CAM programming and are capable of extremely complex 3D 3axis cutting using high speed machining strategies and high surface quality finishing. Some examples of our experience are: complex 3D delrin and UHMW parts for assembly machines, 3D D-2 form steels for stamping dies, special machine structural parts, and aluminum and steel die sets, short run production parts, etc…
